Georgiana Barzey
Lead Consultant Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)  – All Behaviour Consultancy

Georgiana has worked with adults and children with behavioural problems and learning disabilities for over 10 years.

She began as a tutor working one-to-one with children in schools and at home, which progressed to working as a Behaviour Analyst for NHS and LEA employers. This career progression means Georgiana has a deep understanding of the role of all stakeholders involved in managing a child with challenging behaviour, enabling her to provide meaningful, practical, effective advice and support.

Georgiana is an experienced trainer able to deliver impactful sessions imparting vital information in a clear accessible way. She is dedicated to empowering schools and LEAs to take control of challenging situations creating positive outcomes in a cost-effective manner.

In January 2011 Georgiana founded All Behaviour Consultancy to combine her knowledge, skills and network of professionals in providing solutions for schools and LEAs dealing with children requiring extra support. The Consultancy offers behavioural assessments and interventions for school aged children with Autism and other PDDs. The holistic approach involves IEP development, training and support for teachers, teaching assistants and other stakeholders, ongoing benchmarking to measure progress, and preparing and attending Annual Review meetings. The aim is to enable each individual child to fulfil their potential by offering a service that is practical, realistic, cost-effective and sustainable.

Georgiana has an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Behaviour Analysis (distinction grade) and is BACB accredited. She is a member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysts and the Applied Behaviour Analysis Forum.

With ABC, families will usually be teamed with a single therapist who will work with the individual and the family to achieve aims over a distinct amount of time. Continuous assessments are carried out as the individual’s behaviour improves, which means the support can be concentrated where needed and for an appropriate amount of time.

For LEA’s, having a flexible freelance base of staff means ABC can offer cost effective, scalable resources to handle consultancy commissions of any size from a single student to an LEA wide support programme. ABC also offers highly effective one and two-day training programmes, from identifying need to implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours.

Our goal is to apply these principles to captivate and motivate children to learn skills that will enable
