We provide consultation to schools for children that are experiencing behavioural, social, language and communication difficulties. Consultancy services can be provided for school staff in order to manage specific pupils. Interventions and training information are regularly reviewed and updated on a termly or yearly basis, so that the service we provide is in line with the academic year.

Our three step process is:

Initial visit – involves: meeting the pupil in their current environment (home or school), speak briefly to those who know the pupil best and understand what the challenges are, observe the pupils level of interaction and take a look at their level of academic attainment.

Detailed functional assessments (certified behaviour analyst) – a combination of observations, interviews and data collection to ensure that we put interventions in place that match the functions of behaviours. Our thorough assessments provide us with a sound understanding of the pupil’s needs.

Parents and staff – empowering staff and parents with an individualised training and ongoing consultancy support, is a very powerful way of ensuring desired change as it brings about consistency.
