Our three step service:
Initial visit – involves: meeting the pupil in their current environment (home or school), speak briefly to those who know the pupil best and understand what the challenges are, observe the pupils level of interaction and take a look at their level of academic attainment.
Detailed functional assessments (completed by a certified behaviour analyst) – a combination of observations, interviews and data collection to ensure that we put interventions in place that match the functions of behaviours. Our thorough assessments, mean that when we begin our teaching and interventions we have a sound understanding of the pupil’s needs.
Parents and staff – empowering staff and parents with individualised training and ongoing consultancy support, is a very powerful way of ensuring desired change as it brings about consistency.
