Eimear Kelly is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology from Queens University, Belfast and a Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University, North Wales. Eimear is an enthusiastic, consultant with a real ‘can do’ attitude. She has 7 years of experience working with children with a range of abilities, although her specialism is in Autism.
Eimear enjoys working with pre-verbal children and supporting individuals to develop skills that will enable them to get their needs met in the absence of behaviours that challenge. She is confident in utilising natural environment training and the verbal behaviour approach to teach functional skills to young children. Eimear has worked in mainstream and special needs school settings, as well as an autism unit attached to mainstream primary school. She provides effective and impactful ongoing training and support to families ensuring that their child is progressing and learning functional life skills. By placing an emphasis on collecting and analysing data on specific behaviours, she can create individualised programmes and monitor the progress of these programmes.
When she is not working, Eimear enjoys travelling around the world, playing Gaelic football, rugby, reading and wine!
